    I really think you should check out your archive from Christmas morning. Please check between 2:03 a.m. and 2:04 a.m. on 12/25/2020 and observe the animal walking up the trail. I believe the DNR would be interested in seeing that footage. We watched it many times and thought it was REALLY cool. Thanks for checking it out.

      Been watching the trail cam, Dec. 24th at about 2:03 am, a cougar (mountain lion) is running down the middle of the trail!!

        Jeff I rode the Indian River trails and Petoskey and Wolverine yesterday and they were all pretty good but still pretty rough. Wednesday may be a good day to get up here if we get the snow they are calling for. I noticed traffic was higher for a Monday yesterday when I rode so there are people here ready to go next snow. Some dirt was showing by the end of the day yesterday. Hope that helps

      I seen temps in the 40’s 4 out of the next 8 days. Doesn’t look good. Hopefully get one last trip in before April 1st. This winter was worse then last year I think.

        Trails are beat up bad no matter where you go. Gaylord ,Fredrick , grayling , starvation lake. It doesn’t matter , if it doesn’t snow again don’t waste your time in the lower.
